Filing a submission

Any submissions to the Constitutional Court shall be filed either by mail or in person, at the Registry Office of the Court, and must be signed.

Proposals, petitions, constitutional appeals and other acts with the capacity of instituting proceedings, as well as initiatives, may not be filed orally and recorded at the Constitutional Court. 

A constitutional appeal filed through an authorised representative shall be accompanied by a special authorisation for filing the constitutional appeal. 

Any submissions and accompanying documents shall be filed with the Constitutional Court in three copies. 

Emails and letters delivered by fax or telegraph shall not be considered to be submissions capable of instituting proceedings, i.e. of initiating the institution of proceedings before the Constitutional Court.
